Since Autumn 2023 I have been working for studio three sixty, a multidisciplinary studio that works with performing arts venues and institutions to design and regenerate buildings. I’ve recently led on project management for studio three sixty’s public art and interior design work at Theatr Clwyd, and have also provided project support for the redevelopment of Trowbridge Town Hall. My current focus is Sauna Theatre, a brand new 82 seat sauna that has been designed by studio three sixty, in collaboration with Sauna Sessions Arts Club, and launched in August 2026 at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Projects

Theatr Clwyd – Public Art and Interior Design

Theatr Clwyd is in the process of undertaking a major capital redevelopment project, and studio three sixty is helping to deliver a cohesive aesthetic and visual identity for the new building. Part of this work includes strategic planning, project management and delivery of the Public Art scheme for the new building, with the aim of creating and commissioning inspiring, inclusive public art that enhances Theatr Clwyd’s reputation as a beacon of artistic excellence and a home for its communities. I’ve also contributed to FF&E procurement for the new building, working with both local suppliers and international designers to source furniture for public areas, meeting rooms and community spaces.

Sauna Theatre

Sauna Theatre is a collaboration between studio three sixty and Sauna Sessions Arts Club, a new venture founded by Lucy Osborne (Director of studio three sixty) and James Grieve. This year, we are launching a groundbreaking new touring venue: the UK’s first purpose built sauna arts centre, and the UK’s largest sauna.

Our sauna will seat 80 people and will feature a state-of-the-art lighting rig and sound system – like a theatre. It will be portable so we can tour it around the country and pop up in different places, from city centres to seasides.

We aim to introduce and establish a new way to experience live performance in a sauna. Beautiful, profound, moving, entertaining, transformative theatrical experiences that bring people joy and help them lead healthier, happier lives.

Sauna Theatre will open its doors for the first time in August 2026 as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, with a programme of Aufguss, rave, ritual, theatre, music and more.
